M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan-European investor and asset manager specialising in multi-tenanted properties, announces that it has strengthened its pan-European senior leadership team with the appointment of Peter Wenzel as Managing Director, Germany, as the company continues its growth in this region.
With almost 15 years of experience in the real estate and asset management sectors, Peter joins M7 from RLI Investors where he spent the past six years, initially as a Director, responsible for deal sourcing and asset management before being promoted to Managing Director. Peter will be responsible for overseeing the team in Germany and driving M7’s growth in the German market, especially in the industrial and office sectors, on behalf of its pan-European value add funds and separate account mandates.
