M7 Real Estate (“M7”) has announced its intention to float (“ITF”) The Mailbox, a prime office-led mixed-use property in Birmingham independently valued at £179 million, on the International Property Securities Exchange (“IPSX”).
IPSX is a new Regulated Investment Exchange regulated by the FCA and is the world’s first such exchange dedicated to the initial public offering and secondary market trading of companies owning single institutional grade real estate assets and multiple assets with commonality.
This is an opportunity for investors to gain exposure to the long dated income streams, underpinned by very low-risk high-profile tenants, and performance of a prime, office-led mixed use property in central Birmingham, as well as to benefit from potential income and valuation enhancement being generated by planned asset management initiatives implemented by M7 (as asset manager).
Further details of the ITF, and The Mailbox, can be found at the website here.
