Mark Chladek joined Infracapital in 2005 and now leads our Brownfield infrastructure investment activities. He is on the Infracapital Investment Committee and the Investment & Steering Committee of IMPPP.
- Mark has been heavily involved in the origination and acquisition of many of our portfolio companies including Alticom, Calvin Capital and Zephyr.
- Mark took responsibility for all exits in ICP I and led on the disposals of Infracapital’s investments in FEAB, Adven, Calvin Capital and Affinity Water.
- Mark was previously in Ernst & Young’s Infrastructure Finance team. Before EY, Mark worked at JP Morgan and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 1997.
