In parallel to Edmond de Rothschild REIM’s strategy to increase its offer of funds and mandates, the Group also has the ambition to develop further the club-deal and separate account activities across the regions, sectors and investment thesis that the Group covers.

After the integration of its local businesses and teams and the rebranding to Edmond de Rothschild REIM, various new strategies have indeed been successfully launched and grown in the residential, light industrial & logistics, private real estate debt and office sectors.

- Arnaud Benoit, 35 years old, is joining as Investment Manager Europe. Arnaud started his career with AEW Europe in London (ex-Curzon) before spending over 10 years with London based private equity firm Resolution Property in different Pan European Investment and Capital Market roles. He has led and contributed to closing investments in real estate across all sectors, most geographies in Europe and across the whole risk spectrum (core to opportunistic). Capitalising on the strong track record of the Group and working closely with the local teams, his responsibility will be to source opportunities as well as streamlining the capitalisation of individual transactions (single asset or portfolios) with cross-border capital. He will be based in London and will be reporting to Bert-Jan Scheffer – Head of Business & Product Development.
