The Group companies are able to identify investments in various countries and to structure the best vehicles (funds, Special Purpose Vehicle, Limited Partnership, Sicav, Sicaf, SIIQ) for use in various fields of activity.
The Group companies as well as manage third parties investments through supervised companies can: invest directly in the different vehicles, structure and participate in partnerships, joint-ventures and club deals with subjects of high standing with distinctive expertise in their sectors and operating in the target countries.
Sorgente Group is specialised in structuring and managing real estate funds for institutional investors.
Since 2001 Sorgente Group Spa has launched 40 funds. Real estate assets owned and under management is $5bn at 31 December 2016.
