Ærium Investment Management Sàrl (AIM) is an independent third-party management company authorized by the Luxembourg supervisory authority for the financial sector, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. Active since 16 February 2015, AIM acts as an authorized alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) in Luxembourg. AIM has comprehensive expertise in providing structuring solutions across a broad range of asset classes, including debt fund. Currently AIM manages AIF with asset under management over €600m. Aerium Finance Limited is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to conduct investment business under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
