Syntrus Achmea acquires health centre in Venray

Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance has acquired health centre Medisch Centrum Buitenlust in Venray on behalf of the Achmea Dutch Health Care Property Fund (ADHCPF). The vendor is Fleuren Vastgoed.

The 4,391m2 building was newly constructed as a health centre in 2011 and provides primary and secondary care for residents of the Landweert neighbourhood and the centre of Venray. The GPs and the pharmacy form the heart of the primary care services and are supplemented by a physiotherapist, dentist, dental specialist, nursery, occupational therapist and a primary mental health care provider, among others. In addition, the VieCuri hospital rents part of the building which they use as a diagnostic centre, and there also is a clinic for the treatment of skin cancer.
