Ian joined Pictet Asset Management in 2015 as a Senior Business Development Manager. He assumed his current role in November 2017. Before joining Pictet Asset Management, Ian was Head of UK Consultant Relations at AllianceBernstein (AB).
He was also responsible for managing relationships with some of AB’s largest UK pension fund clients. Prior to that, Ian was Head of UK Consultant Relations at Pioneer Investments. He has also held the position of Director, Consultant Relations at Insight Investment.
Ian also spent 18 years at Mercer Investment Consulting where he delivered a full range of investment advice to a portfolio of institutional clients as well as contributing to Mercer’s investment manager research.
Ian was formerly on the Board of Association of Investment Management Sales Executive (AIMSE) Europe Ltd. Ian graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Design.
