KGAL launches European location rating app

Web-based app evaluates the attractiveness of investment locations in terms of transport accessibility and the variety of amenities.

KGAL, a leading German investment and asset manager, has created an app which evaluates locations across Europe on the basis of a new urban index.

KGAL Location Rating (KLR) scores and indexes locations on their proximity to public transport (40%); retail and service businesses (25%); places to eat and drink (25%); and general public amenities (10%).
