Cologne: completion of one of the largest office leasing deals of 2016

One of the largest deals in the office leasing sector was wrapped up in Cologne at the very end of 2016: Unitymedia NRW GmbH leased approximately 19,400 sqm, including 15,900 sqm of office space and 3,500 sqm of warehouse space at Hubertushof, Aachener Strasse 746-750, in Müngersdorf, Cologne.
